The Lightning Avenger is an "Auto Scanner" that Scans 400 Million 2 Dial Single Bank Rates, but can only Broadcast 100 thousand rates at any given moment. This is designed for SINGLE WITNESS ONLY. It is not compatible with a Distributor. However, you can attach additional add on devices to it including, but not limited to extra banks (Lightning Flash) or Frequency Generator just to name a couple.
